About Our Caregivers
Our team of caregivers are 50+ seniors, carefully selected for their experience, reliability, and most importantly, for their genuine willingness and desire to help seniors and families in their communities. They can help support you in maintaining an independent lifestyle whether you live at home, in a residence, or in a long-term care facility.
Seniors on Site caregivers have varying backgrounds and include personal support workers, teachers, nurses, business people, pastors, and individuals retired from various other professions.
Our goal is to pair you with a caregiver whom we feel will be the best match by drawing on the right combination of skills and backgrounds to meet your unique needs. We strive for continuity of care which means you are provided the same caregivers on an ongoing basis, allowing the chance to build a trusting relationship.
Our caregivers undergo a thorough screening process, which includes: obtaining a recent Police Record Check for the Vulnerable Sector, conducting a number of reference checks, and obtaining insurance for the safety of our clients and their peace of mind.
We commit to follow-up with our clients soon after the commencement of services to ensure that they are completely satisfied with the services being provided. If for whatever reason services are not satisfactory, we make the utmost effort to make new arrangements with a more suitable caregiver who can provide services as required.
We take pride in our team and continuously strive to improve the quality of our services. We do so by offering seminars and workshops to our caregivers in areas that will improve the multitude of services they provide to our clients.
